when finishing painting
UV texturing
Drag drop the texture in blender shading viewport
select all in the UV editor
press G to grab
Go to UV editing workspace
delete default UV map if there
select top edges
press A to select all edges
let’s select the bottom one

Scale S
Select all A
wrong, let’s undo and go to face mode
deselect top and bottom
scale down
seems are still visible
